Artspace Greenery is our second net zero energy project with solar panels on the building’s roof, awnings, and adjacent solar structure. The building includes community gardens, street level commercial spaces for artist studios, office and retail, and a café run by Volunteers of America, Utah. Greenery is close to downtown, easily accessible by transit, and on the 900 South bike path.
