Artspace Greenery is our second net zero energy project with solar panels on the building’s roof, awnings, and adjacent solar structure. This property includes community gardens, water-wise xeriscape landscaping, street level commercial spaces for artist studios and small businesses, and a café space. Greenery is close to downtown, easily accessible by transit, and on the 900 South bike path.
