Artspace Art: Unknown

This chalk mural can be spotted at the very top of the stairwell in Artspace Commons. We are so inspired by the creativity of our tenants. This artist is unknown to us, so if you know, please contact us. If you are a tenant and want to do something cool on a wall, talk to your property manager about getting approval.

UPDATE:
The artist is Phillip Lambert, owner of Sole Tattoo. According to the person who tipped us off about the artist, Phillip is notorious for creating work wherever he visits and covering it up for people to find (under rocks, behind furiture, etc.) Thanks for the tip!

We love our mural at Artspace Commons.

It was created and installed as part of the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City's Granary District Mural Grant Program by Artspace tenants Laurie Bray (Photogrpahy by Laurie) and Jared Norby (Renaissance Signs). The 16 foot fine art photograph features BANDALOOP at the 2013 Utah Arts Festival -- another Artspace tenant.

We love the vital pop of color it adds to our block! Next time you're in the neighborhood, be sure to look up and admire Tethered to the Sky
