COMMERCIAL LEASING

Process

Artspace works with many artists, nonprofits, entrepreneurs, and startups. If you are interested in touring through one of the units, please contact us using the Commercial Tour Form.

If you are interested in joining the Artspace community but none of the current units work for you please fill out our Commercial Request Form, and you will be added to our waitlist.

Resources for Small Businesses

  • Provides training, tools, and access to consultants to help business owners succeed in starting, growing and transitioning their businesses. Provides free, confidential consultation and free low-cost training.

  • Providing women with the resources they need to succeed in business. Resources include networking, training, funding and employment.

  • A project of the International Rescue Committee (IRC) founded in partnership with Salt Lake County. Brings together refugees and other disadvantaged community members interested in starting a full or part-time food business. Spice Kitchen Incubator ensures participants receive technical assistance and training, have affordable access to commercial space and learn the steps to establishing a successful food business.

  • Helps women start and grow their own businesses. Offers free one-on-one business advising, free group trainings and 24/7 access to webinars to help you grow as a business owner.

RESIDENTIAL LEASING

Residential Application
Process

Looking for an affordable apartment in the heart of Salt Lake City? Our buildings are unique, from restored historical structures to net zero buildings, we have 278 apartments amongst our six properties. 

    • Applicants will be considered regardless of race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, age, ancestry, marital/familial status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or pregnancy.

    • Applicants for Artspace Rubber Company and Artspace Bridge Projects must meet LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credits) income guidelines.

    • Applicants for Artspace City Center live/work townhouses must be artists. An artist portfolio may be required.

    • Gross Monthly Income should equal two times monthly rent, or applicant shall provide other documentation of how rent will be paid.

    • A full credit history, rental history and criminal background check is performed on each applicant over the age of 18.

  • Complete applications on site in the leasing office.
