850 South 400 West
Artspace Solar Gardens opened in August 2013. It is the first net zero mixed-use energy building with onsite solar production in the state of Utah. Solar Gardens is close to downtown on the 800 South bike path, near a GREENbike station, two blocks from the 900 South TRAX stop, and includes a community garden, water-wise xeriscape landscaping, affordable residential units, and street level artist studios, office and retail space.
