Artspace Bridge Projects Renovation
The rehabilitation will reconfigure, update, and completely renovate the four-story mixed-use structure, allowing us to preserve the 62 apartments that will be affordable to households earning between 20% to 80% of AMI and 20,000 SF of affordable commercial space for artists, nonprofits, and local small businesses.
