Artspace Greenery is our most recently completed project. It's a net zero energy project with over 5,500 square feet of affordable commercial space for artists and small businesses. Plus, it has community gardens and a glass sculpture created by tenant Sarinda Jones -- whose studio is in Greenery!
Even though it's our smallest project to date, it has a big impact on our neighborhood. With just ten commercial units, Greenery brought 21 new jobs to the area in just the past year. In addition, our corner tenant, Maud's Café (which is run by Volunteers of America, Utah) provided job training to several homeless youth clients of the adjacent Homeless Youth Resource Center.
